Automated tape casting, screen printing, and co-firing lines produce MLCCs from 01005 to 2220 case sizes. Dielectric formulations include C0G, X5R, X7R, and X8R with voltage ratings up to 3 kV.

Tantalum Technology
From raw tantalum powder pressing through anodization and manganese dioxide cathode formation, our tantalum lines cover the complete value chain. Polymer cathode versions (T520, T530 series) offer ESR below 10 milliohm.

Test & Qualification
KEMET labs perform accelerated life testing, board-level reliability testing, and environmental stress screening. Equipment includes thermal cycling chambers (-65 to +300C), vibration tables, and automated impedance analyzers.
